Poland should not massively let the Russians run away from the mobilization, said Stanislav Zharin, a government authorized personnel officer for the security of Poland, quoted by the Polish media.
“The admission of these Russian deserters to Poland would be a great risk and would contradict the decision adopted a few days ago that only humanitarian visas can be issued to Russian citizens, if it is justified,” he said.
According to him, “a wave of desertion cannot be considered as a rebellion against the Russian authorities.”
“We are dealing with the consequences of the decision of the Russian authorities. This wave of desertion cannot be considered as a rebellion against the Russian authorities or rebellion against the war that Russia wages against Ukraine,” Zharin said.

The official emphasized that there is no reliable information indicating that these people want to run away because they are rebelled against the Russian authorities.
“These people, apparently, want to run away because they are afraid of an individual situation related to the army. We categorically do not massively allow such people. These are people who can be dangerous for our country,” he said.
