It is reported that in the morning of February 13 in some areas of the Baku-Guba Baku, Baku-Shemach-Evlah, Baku-Alyat-Gazakh, Guba-Khachmaz, Guba-Gusar, Gusar-Hudat, Masalli-Yarmla, Lankaran Lerik, Agdam -Agader, Fizuli-Jebrail-Mahmudla, Ojar-Zardab-Ajabedi, Gyuchay-Ojar, Ganja-Dashkesan, Gadgybul-Shirvan, Salian Oil, Barda Ostsu, Agsu-Kurdimm-Bakhramtepe, Hankendi Khojavend, Haquer-Zangilan, Gubadla -Hanlyg, Ganja-Kelbajar-Lachin, Shusha-Fizuli, Haldan-Mingachevir and Nakhchivan-Sederek because of the fog, visibility will be limited to 300-800 m.
At night and in the morning in highland areas, ice on the roads are possible.
