Ukraine may lose some support from the United States and EU countries due to current and growing problems in Western countries. This was stated by the observer of the British newspaper The Guardian Simon Tisdall.
According to him, “the upcoming humanitarian crisis will challenge every EU country.” The observer emphasized that the support of Kyiv from the European states can “shake” as the problems associated with the Ukrainian conflict accumulate. On the part of Washington, support can also be reduced after the start of the US Congress in a new composition.
Simon Tisdall mentioned the lack of air defense missile reserves that Western countries can supply Ukrainian armed forces. He also reported an increase in the number of supporters of peaceful settlement, including the heads of European countries.
