Baku Transport Agency, based on incoming complaints revealed route lines that cause the greatest discontent among passengers.
As the HAQQIN.AZ press service was reported, on the basis of 800 appeals received, it was found that the majority of complaints arrive at the route line No. 40 and №202 (company carrier LLC çinar-trans), №44 (LLC şidili), №77 (Phone Malik Orujhev), №119 and 135 (Faiqoğlu), No. 146-164 (LLC BMH), №163 (GRAND-BUS LLC) and №214 (Ayşən-Ltd).
On the basis of the complaints received, monitoring were carried out. The route was noticed buses with worn, with torn seats, with corrosion of iron parts, with a technical malfunction and malfunctions. At the same time, cases were identified when drivers transported passengers over the norm and moved with open doors, smoked driving, rudely treated passengers and violated other rules for the carriage of passengers and road traffic.
Although carriers were repeatedly warned in writing and oral form, no measures in this direction were accepted. It should be noted that the temporary carriers of these regular routes were prevented to improve their activities and improving the quality of service within a month. If any changes in this direction are not submitted during the specified period, appropriate measures will be taken in accordance with the law on the change of carrier companies.
