“The heads of foreign policy agencies discussed the implementation of the agreements by the leaders of Azerbaijan, Russia and Armenia of November 9, 2020 and January 11, 2021, in particular, concerning the solution of humanitarian tasks in Karabakh, unlocking economic relations and transport communications in the region,” in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
