Azerbaijani activists have been protesting the 12th day on the Lachin-Khandi road against the illegal exploitation of gold and copper deposits in areas controlled by Russian peacekeepers.
According to television channels, this morning about 100 more activists representing various organizations joined the protesters. At the same time, the conditions for traveling to Hangkendi were created by several more supply machines belonging to Russian peacekeeping forces.
Ruben Vardanyan, a Russian billionaire of Armenian descent, who declared himself a “state minister” of illegal education in Hangkendi, said on his Facebook page that “a very difficult situation has developed in the area of responsibility of peacekeepers.” According to him, anxiety among the Karabakh Armenians intensifies every hour.
“We are slowly establishing everything. We will achieve the goal that we set on Sunday,” Vardanyan assured. True, he did not specify what purpose we are talking about.
Note that the participants in the road on the road say that they are ready to create conditions for the travel of civilian cars and humanitarian goods. However, the separatist regime in Hankendi and Vardanyan personally do not allow civilians to move along the road.
