The Chairman of the Council of Ministers, Mario Draga, emphasized that the current visit will contribute to the development of bilateral relations between our countries, stated that very good connections were established between Italy and Azerbaijan, that mutual turnover is constantly increasing, said that in the energy turnout The sector is successful cooperation.
At the meeting, the important role of Azerbaijan in ensuring the energy security of the European Union and Italy was especially noted. At the same time, the issues of cooperation between our countries in the field of economics, science, education, culture, art and in other areas are raised. During the conversation, relations between the European Union and Azerbaijan were noted, the visit of the President of the European Commission Ursula von der Lyen to our country and the importance of signing as part of the Memorandum visit of mutual understanding between Azerbaijan and the European Union in the energy sector.
The meeting emphasized the significance of the Brussels peaceful agenda organized with the support of the President of the Council of the European Union Charles Michel, and began in this connection of negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan under a peace agreement, and the hope that this process will contribute to strengthening the stable world and security in the region.
