The commission on the delimitation of the State Grangue between Armenia and Azerbaijan can be created soon, said in an interview with RIA Novosti, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Andrei Rudenko.
“We proceed from the fact that this will happen soon. There are no insurmountable obstacles to the implementation of this agreement at the highest level,” said Rudenko.
Deputy Head of the Foreign Ministry of the Russian Federation noted that from the very beginning of the exacerbation of the situation in the individual sections of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border in May acted as an intermediary, offering his assistance in the launch of the relevant negotiation process between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
Rudenko noted that “… the problem was inherited from Soviet times and is due to the lack of proper international legal registration of the State party between the two countries throughout its entire.”
