In the Ganjin Court of Crime, a trial ended with the 31-year-old Nijat Akhmedov, a resident of the Tovuz region accused of the murder of the Nurana wife.
According to haqqın.az, the incident occurred on July 13 last year in the Tovuz district. Relatives secretly informed Akhmedov that his wife devotes little time to household chores and spends his days after telephone conversations.
The wife denied everything, but in the soul of a man sunk grain of doubt. Upon learning that the wife had a relationship with a taxi driver named Bayramali, Akhmedov met this person, he denied all connection with Nurana.
The impulsive Akhmedov, suspecting something was amiss, decided to commit suicide, but his relatives saved him. The next day, he decided to check his wife’s phone and found that she had talked with the aforementioned Bayramali and that they even had a joint photo. The woman tried to justify herself, but Akhmedov killed her, having inflicted 25 stabs with a knife.
Akhmedov will conduct a sentence of 16 years of his life in a maximum security colony.
