The World Bank (WB) will send $ 2.5 billion grant for Kyiv.
This was reported in a press release widespread by the press service of the organization.
“The World Bank group today announces the allocation of additional grant financing for $ 2.5 billion. This grant will provide direct support for the budget of Ukraine,” the report said.
It notes that the funds were provided by the US Agency for International Development (USAID).
“They will be transferred to the Government of Ukraine after a corresponding VB check for suitable articles of expenses,” the WB.
