Armed with grenades, a man broke on Friday to the bookmaker on the outskirts of Yerevan, after negotiations he surrendered to law enforcement officers, reports RIA Novosti with reference to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
“The twentieth of August at 9.10 in the police station of the Yerevan district of Malatyia received a message that the man armed with grenades penetrated into one of the bookmakers on Babajanyan,” said in the message.
Representatives of police leadership and operational groups left the place. “As a result of negotiations, an armed man left the building of the bookmaker company and was delivered to the police department. His personality was established. This is a 34-year-old resident of the house on Babajanyan Street,” said police.
