Yerevan considers the idea of holding a meeting with the participation of the heads of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia, said the Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan local media.
“Armenia is of great interest in the development of a tripartite dialogue between the countries of the South Caucasus. We are considering a possible Tbilisi platform in the field of regional trilateral discussions, and not bilateral Armenian-Azerbaijani meetings. Now he is circulating the idea of meeting Armenia and Georgia Prime Ministers and Georgia” with the president of Azerbaijan ” – said Mirzoyan.
The Armenian side, according to him, expressed readiness and is now ready for such a meeting.
Earlier, Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev said that Baku offered Yerevan a tripartite format of negotiations in Georgia, but received a refusal.
