The Government of Armenia has introduced a change in the Law “On Military Police” to protect the administrative complex of the Ministry of Defense to be realized by the military police. Reports about it 168.am.
Before this decision is made, the protection of the administrative complex of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia and the throughput regime was carried out by the forces and means of the unit, which is the military unit of the Sun.
“However, now the Ministry of Defense found out that due to security reasons, it was necessary to protect the administrative complex of the Ministry by the forces and the means of the military police.
The decision of the government is envisaged that the corresponding personal composition of the military unit carrying out the protection of the administrative complex and the ministry’s proficiency regime, together with the appointed servicemen, will be fully transmitted to the military police of the Ministry of Defense, creating a corresponding department in the structure, “the report says.
