The situation in the capital of Armenia Yerevan after the extraordinary parliamentary elections calm, shops, cafes and restaurants work, RIA Novosti reports.
The city patrols regular police outfits. There are no strengths from employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Municipal transport continues to work, open off roads, with the exception of the site, where the rally of supporters of Pashinyan walked, the agency notes.
The situation is calm and in state buildings, such as the building of the Parliament, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the prosecutor’s office and other structures.
On Monday evening in the center of Yerevan, the rally of supporters of IO was held. Prime Minister Nikola Pashinyan, on which the politician and his supporters spoke. The event lasted two hours and passed without incident.
