On February 13, at about 20:30, the prosecutor’s office of the Yevlakhsky district received information about the death of a resident of Amin Asadov born in 2003 in the district central hospital, where he was delivered with multiple stab wounds.
During the investigation of the causes of the death of Amin Assadov, born in 2003, it was established that the father of the late Ramil Assads born in 1984 was also in the hospital with stab wounds.
In fact, a criminal case was opened in the prosecutor’s office of the Evlakhsky district under Articles 120.1 (intentional murder) and 29, 120.2.7 (attempted murder of two or more persons) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
Investigative-operational measures are continuing to establish a person or persons who have committed an incident.
