The project of a peace treaty between Russia and Ukraine is not yet ready in order to bring it to the meeting of the presidents of the countries. About this, as Interfax reports, the head of the Russian delegation in the negotiations Vladimir Medinsky said.

“With regard to the preparedness of the contract for a meeting in the top – to great regret, I don’t share the optimism of Arahamia. We need to do even more work. And I see that the diplomatic and military services of Ukraine, as it seems to me, is very lagging behind in realization even The agreements that have already been achieved at the political level, “said Medinsky.
At the same time, the chief Russian negotiators noted that Ukraine became “realistic” to approach a number of issues discussed by the parties. Among them, he also called the neutral unblock and nuclear-free status of Ukraine, a ban on the placement of foreign military bases and troops, the creation of a system of international security guarantees.
Commenting on the words of Arahamia that Russia in orally adopted the proposals of Ukraine on a peace treaty, with the exception of the provisions in the Crimea, Medina again reported that the position of Russia in the peninsula and Donbass “unchanged”.
