The official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, commented on the recent visit of US President Joe Biden to Ukraine.
“The offender is drawn to the scene of the crime,” she said at a briefing.
At the same time, she noted that Biden “did not dare to travel to Kyiv without warning Russia and not asking the Russian side about compliance with the conditions of his security”.
