Moscow considers the task of unlocking all transport and economic ties in the South Caucasus one of the key in the context of normalization of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations and the organization of cooperation in the region. This was stated by the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Maria Zakharova during a briefing on Wednesday.
“We highly evaluate the activities of the tripartite working group for unlocking. The co -chairs of the tripartite working group are in contact on a regular basis for the development of decisions that would have arranged all parties,” Zakharova said.
