At the Central Command Point, a service meeting was held under the leadership of the Minister of Defense of Colonel-General Zakira Gasanov. Deputy Ministers, Commander of Troops, Heads of Main Administrations, Department and Services of the Ministry, commanders of military associations and compounds deployed on liberated territories, as well as other authorized officers, took part in the meeting.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Defense, bringing the participants of the meeting of the task set by the President, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev in front of the Azerbaijani Army, the Minister of Defense gave orders to pay special attention to the preparation of troops.
At the meeting, the situation was considered at the state border and in the territories of Azerbaijan, where the Russian peacekeeping contingent is temporarily posted.
In order to maintain the combat readiness and vigilance of personnel at a high level, the Minister of Defense gave relevant instructions related to the practical work on the activities of units and manage points, clarification of combat plans, as well as payments to the issues of logistical support.
It was emphasized by the importance of familiarizing the personnel with the rules of security and strict control over their observance.
Colonel-General Z. Hasanov gave relevant instructions on the organization of the service of troops in units stationed on the liberated territories, cleaning territories from mines and unexploded ammunition, the creation of military infrastructure, laying mountain roads and maintaining them in proper condition, the completion of the preparation of divisions to Winter, timely delivery of the necessary resources, especially units serving service in mountainous regions.
