Today, on August 30, a service meeting was held at the Central Command Point under the leadership of the Minister of Defense General Colonel Zakira Gasanova. As reported by Haqqin.az in the Ministry of Defense, the meeting was attended by deputy ministers, commander of the forces of troops, heads of the Main Department, Offices and Services, and by video links – commanders of military units and units that deployed on liberated territories, including other responsible officers .
The Minister of Defense, having submitted to the participants of the Meeting of the task set by the President of Azerbaijan, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces by Mr. Ilham Aliyev in front of the Azerbaijani Army, stated that the implementation of the reforms in the army will continue to continue.
The Minister of Defense congratulated the Minister of National Defense and the Head of the General Staff of Turkey, including the heroic Turkish soldier from August 30 – the Day of Victory and the Armed Forces of Turkey.
After analyzing the situation at the Armenian-Azerbaijan State Border and the territories of Azerbaijan, where the Russian peacekeeping contingent is temporarily posted, Zakir Hasanov instructed to give an immediate response to provocations of the opposite side.
Touching the events planned in the Azerbaijani army, Colonel-General Z. Hasanov gave appropriate instructions in connection with the organization of military service in units posted on the liberated territories, cleaning territories from mines and unexploded ammunition, the creation of military infrastructure, mountain roads and permanent Conservation of them in the current state, ensuring the emergence of the divisions. The Minister noted the importance of attention that needs to be given discipline and security, including compliance with the rules of fire safety, as well as to further improve the medical support of military personnel.
