President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky said that he was not ready to negotiate with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Ukrainian media reported.
“We are not ready to speak as a whole with this regime,” Zelensky said, noting that Russia is disrespecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
“disrespect is manifested simply. The military is in the territory of our state,” said the Ukrainian president.
