President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky in his appeal to the Ukrainian people announced the situation on the fronts.
“Today I am already in Kyiv. I discussed the situation with the commander of the Ground Forces of the Ground Forces in all directions of the front and our Kursk operation. In the Pokrovsky direction, our military manifests themselves perfectly. Every soldier, sergeant, officer, protects our positions,” said he said Zelensky.
He noted that in the Donetsk and Zaporizhzhya regions the conditions remain “extremely complicated”, strict fighting occur, but “the stamina of Ukrainian units plays a key role.”
Zelensky also said that this week new agreements were reached on the supply and production of weapons for Ukraine. “Each foreign visit is always a conversation about investments in Ukrainian industry,” he emphasized, noting that Ukraine has significant opportunities for the production of drones, shells and military equipment, but is limited in financial capabilities.
The President of Ukraine expressed gratitude to the partner countries that invest in the defense industry of Ukraine. He spoke about the new model of cooperation with France, which provides for the creation of joint production in Ukraine, as well as about the Danish model, where partners invest in the production of weapons.
