Vladimir Zelensky President Vladimir Zelensky changed the commander of the Operation of the United Siberian Donbas. The new commander of the grouping of the Ukrainian army in the Donbas will be General Eduard Moskalev.
His predecessor, Lieutenant-General Alexander Pavlyuk, became the head of the Kiev Regional Military Civil Administration.
