President Vladimir Zelensky called on the American colleague Donald Trump to meet as soon as possible to agree on peace and security guarantees for Ukraine. This was reported by the Ukrainian media, citing the president’s speech during a meeting of the G7 countries.

“We must meet as soon as possible to determine the conditions of guarantees of peace and security,” said the head of state.
According to the politician, “our teams are already productively working with the United States on an economic agreement that we hope to sign in Washington.”
“Mr. Trump, we would really like to hear you, because all our people, families are very excited about whether American support will be, whether America will be the leader of the free world,” he said.
Zelensky added that “it is important for people and life in general that American support and help remains.”
He noted that Ukraine and the United States can really work effectively on security guarantees for the world, but for this it is necessary, “so that everyone who has suffered from this war, everyone who falls under the wave of war, so that they are all in the discussion” .
