President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in Brussels met with the head of the European Commission Ursula von der Layen and the chairman of the European Council Antoniu Kosta.
The president reported this in his publication posted on the social network x.
According to him, the parties discussed issues of strengthening the defense capability of Ukraine and all of Europe.
Zelensky noted that the focus of attention in air defense, weapons and ammunition for Ukraine, timely supplies, strengthen the defense industry of Ukraine, negotiations on the entry into the EU, the need to strengthen sanctions pressure on Russia and counteract the detour of sanctions.
President expressed gratitude to Ursule von der Lyain and Antoniu Kostya for the leading of the issues of strengthening the defense capabilities of Europe and strengthening Ukraine, as well as for all support on the way to a fair and strong world.
“It is very important that Ukrainians are not alone – we feel and know it,” he wrote.
