Zelensky Presented To Parliament “Plan Of Persistence” Of Ukraine

President Vladimir Zelensky presented in the Verkhovna Rada (parliament) the “Plan of Persistence” of Ukraine. This is reported by local media.

According to Zelensky, the plan includes 10 points:: “unity”, “front”, “weapon”, “money”, “energy”, “safety”, “communities”, “human capital”, “cultural sovereignty” and “heroes policy” (support for veterans).

The document involves political interaction with the civil society to accelerate European integration of Ukraine and approach NATO, information consolidation, maximum digitalization of all processes in the state, as well as “bringing Russia to justice – the creation of the tribunal and the introduction of effective sanctions”.

The President said that at the beginning of 2025, the authorities were preparing to open negotiations on the first negotiation cluster on joining the EU.

The head of state also noted that Ukraine signed 27 bilateral security agreements with partner countries, most of which are NATO members.

The plan determines the need to change approaches to human management in the forces of defense, mobilization and recruiting, as well as training and general training of the military.

It is planned to increase the production of weapons in Ukraine and strengthen cooperation with partners to attract investments in the defense and industrial complex of Ukraine, ensure the safety of defense enterprises, develop and increase the production of the latest technological weapons.

In addition, it is planned to ensure the implementation of social support programs, military risk insurance, guarantee the safety of business and reduction of pressure on entrepreneurs, business detailed.

It is planned to ensure the protection of energy facilities and energy systems, the development of electricity generation, as well as the extraction, transportation, storage and rational consumption of gas, the introduction of passports of energy stability of the regions.
