President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky introduced the decision of the National Security and Defense Council on the impossibility of negotiations with Vladimir Putin, the media said.
Earlier, Zelensky stated that Ukraine does not intend to hold any negotiations with Russia while Putin is president.
“Ukraine was and remains a leader in negotiation efforts. It was our state that has always offered Russia to agree on coexistence on equal terms, honest, worthy and fair conditions. It is obvious that this is impossible with this Russian president … Therefore, we are ready for dialogue with Russia, but with another president of Russia, ”said Zelensky.
