Zelensky signed a law on criminal liability for cooperation with Russia

President Vladimir Zelensky signed criminal liability laws for cooperation with Russia (collaborationism), Alexander Kornienko said the first deputy chairman of the Verkhovna Rada.

“The COLabioration Act has already been signed by the president, according to my information, and will be published,” said Kornienko on the TV channel “1 + 1”, writes Interfax.

As reported, the Verkhovna Rada began on March 3 on the whole bills No. 5143 and No. 5144 to combat collaborationism.

So, for cooperation with the State-aggressor, its occupying administration, armed or paramilitary formations in military, political, information, administrative, economic or labor spheres, is limited access to public posts, as well as posts in local authorities for a period of 15 years.

Collaborants will not be able to be members of election commissions in the future, official observers authorized by the candidate for the presidency of Ukraine in the Central Election Commission, trusted persons of the candidate for the presidency of Ukraine, candidates for local elections, etc.
