President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed the law on the direction of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to other states during the war, the Verkhovna Rada website reports, the website of the Ukrainian Parliament reports.
The law regulates that during the period of martial law, military units and units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine can be sent abroad to ensure national security, rebuff and contain armed aggression, protect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as the exercise of the right to self -defense in accordance with Article 51 of the UN Charter.
January 30, Zelensky vested the law and returned it to parliament with his proposals.
February 25, the Rada adopted the relevant law with the proposals of the head of state.
