Zelensky: Situation In Donetsk Region Remains Tense

President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky said that the situation in the Donetsk region remains tense.

The head of state noted that he heard a report by the Commander -in -Chief of the Armed Forces of Alexander Sirsky on the situation at the front.

He noted that in the Donetsk region a heavy situation, however, “Ukrainian military brigades hold positions.”

Zelensky emphasized that Ukraine realizes the tasks in its operation in the Kursk region.

According to the Ukrainian leader, “the buffer zone in Russia protects Ukraine from enemy attempts to expand the war in the East, and also provides tangible Russian losses.”

According to Zelensky, “already on October 27–28, the first North Korean military will be applied by Russia in the combat zones.”

“This is an obvious escalation step of Russia, which matters, unlike all the misinformation that sounded a lot in Kazan these days. The world can clearly see what Russia actually wants, and this is a continuation of the war. That is why it is needed The fundamental and strong reaction of the world leaders, ”he said.

Zelensky believes that the actual involvement of North Korea in the fighting should receive a response in the form of tangible pressure both to Moscow and Pyongyang for the sake of compliance with the UN Charter and punishment for escalation.
