Zelensky: Ukraine Needs Enough Weapons, Not Support In Negotiations

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin will not bring results: “Therefore, we need enough weapons, not support in negotiations.”

Zelensky spoke at the opening of the Summit of the European Political Community, which is conducted by the Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban in the capital of Hungary Budapest.

noting that he had a telephone conversation with Donald Trump, who was elected by the 47th US President, Zelensky said: “It was a pleasant and productive conversation, but we still do not know what clear steps he (Trump) will take” .

The President noted that the tension in the Russian-Ukrainian war has increased even more: “It was Russia that caused the growth of this tension. North Korea now, in fact, is waging a war in Europe. North Korean soldiers are trying to kill our people on European land.” < /p>

Zelensky, who claimed that Russia began the Ukrainian war, to become a world power, said that negotiations with Russian President Putin would not bring results.

Zelensky further said: “For this reason, we need enough weapons, not support in negotiations.”

Speaking about the formula of the world prepared by his country for the fair end of the war, he emphasized that they created an open diplomatic system that could push Russia to a fair world.
