President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky considers visa restrictions for Russian citizens in Europe fair, writes Interfax-Ukraine.
“We all understand: there are people who really need protection that they are pursued in Russia can even kill, which means that they should get the help of a civilized world,” he said in a traditional video message on Friday evening.
