The city of Sumy fully passed under the control of Ukraine, said the adviser to the head of the president’s office Alexey Arrestovich, transfers Interfax.
“Sumy is completely under us, despite previous messages that as if half of the city under them (Russia – IF). In Sumy, the existing, former servicemen and simply citizens sorganized themselves and hold defense,” said Arrestovich on a briefing in the office President about the situation in Ukraine.
