Earlier, the speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko said that the Council of Council may consider the issue of the accession of the “Lugansk and Donetsk People’s Republics” to Russia in the event that the relevant referendums are held there. According to Matvienko, Russia will respect the choice of the inhabitants of the “DPR” and “LPR”.
